Inspired by moments of connection, colour, and discovery in Bali, this piece reflects the journey of finding one’s way both outwardly and within.
Finding My Way in Bali is part of my travel series, inspired by time spent with family and friends in a place rich with colour, culture, and warmth. Bali offered moments of connection — through shared meals, quiet walks, and the simple beauty of everyday life.
The familiar names of places — Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud, and beyond — become more than destinations. They represent memories of movement, discovery, and the gentle rhythm of a place that invites you to slow down and take it in.
Surrounded by vibrant landscapes, from lush padi fields to bustling streets filled with life, this piece reflects not only the experience of travel, but the feeling of finding your way — both physically and within yourself.
This artwork was also selected for a limited edition series of 40 cushion covers, extending its presence beyond the canvas while remaining rooted in its original form.
